I have been meaning to tell you and Jim how much we have appreciated the guys taking care of us here, especially here lately. There were a few, very noticeable areas they spot-cleaned. The crew’s ability to tend to these more readily means a lot to us!! Also, this past Thursday and I think another time before that, they tended to a back-up in the trash room, which goes above and beyond.
